NO, GWB is NOT doing what he said he would do.
When GWB spoke through a bullhorn while standing on the rubble of the WTC and leaning on the shoulder of a NYC fireman he said he would hunt down and those responsible for 911. A few days later he told the world OBL caused the tragedy of 911.

OBL is still around and based on the tape we saw Friday, he looks rather healthy.

For the last time...
-Shortly after 911 GWB said OBL caused that tragedy.
-A few months later GWB ordered the pre-emptive invasion of Iraq.
-Huh???
