At one point, PPTL's gas and oil wells were not compliant with the ERCB and were under disciplinary review. Apparently, the wells were not being serviced and inspected on a regular basis by an operator and there was nobody at the PPTL office in the area that could respond in the case of an emerengcy. From what I understand, PPTL contracted Venture to perform these responsibilities. This made them compliant with the ERCB. So, all of the pending disciplinary actions against the PPTL wells were dropped by the ERCB. I would imagine the ERCB would have Venture’s phone number for PPTL as they would be the contact person in the event of any issues associated with the PPTL wells. Again, this is just my understanding. This was pieced together by myself and others on the Board. As far as the MB Gas Inc and/or McAfree Hugh, I would, again, assume it is a similar arrangement as PPTL.
