Thanks a lot cmcatz and mordicai.. My understanding on the SJ judgement being scheduled was way off. Now, it makes things clear and the summary judgement of turnover is a decision that the judge can rule anytime.. OMG, if she has all the information and the hearing is also done, why is waiting so long to give the SJ? I hope she has the "i"'s dotted now and the FDIC threat is nullified in her decision in a way that they cannot appeal!! I also hope she reprimands them for delaying things!!
