Godfather, the SJ is *not* on the docket for Dec. The FDIC motion for leave is.

"Walrath has waited long enough and since the SJ is on the docket for the 18th.."

The SJ has was docketed {past tense}, and the hearing is complete. It's already in THJMW hands to rule. There is no further docketing required.
