A complaint was filed by "the shorters" with the SEC complaining that UCAD/USCA has hyped its stock through a series of press releases beginning around August 15, 2004.

Nonsense. You can't "file a complaint" with the SEC. You can only write to them explaining what you think should be investigated. You send it to Enforcement, but who knows whether anyone in authority ever pays attention.

In addition, the SEC doesn't tell its targets who their sources are.
