Ok there was an NSS position of however many shares urban, DeSormeau and uncle melvie owned plus the last increase to the AS. Urban strikes a deal with the MMs to up the AS to cover NSS positions held by everybody else in return they cover the divs of ucad to be paid out to urban and uncle melvie in unrestricted shares. Uncle Melvie then uses his proceeds from the sale of unrestricted ucad shares to pay off the hollywood guys that faked mt st helens eruption. Urban used proceeds from the sell of his unrestricted shares to pay for party in vegas and more funny car races. Prior to the sell of the unrestricted shares they all drew straws to see who would pay Roger's bill. This ended up being DeSormeau. When the agreement was originally struck DeSormeau said he would not mind if he was the one who got stuck holding the short straw but later had a change of heart after finding a very rare DigiMon trading card on ebay. He wanted to use the money to track down and purchase the card from the auction winner. Desormeau heart broken struck back like a jilted lover contacting the SEC to report what happened resulting in the trade halts.
