My Theory:

I want to put out my take on the USCA halt/suspension. My phone didn't stop ringing yesterday from all this panic. I just told everyone in my group to just relax and let Roger do the job we are paying him to do.

I believe that Roger, Urban, and Rendall decided to put all the valuation that they were legally allowed to, into UCAD/USCA 10-QSB. I believe the rules have changed for this as of 4/29/04. The SEC saw that the valuation was drastically, or earth-shatteringly, different than what would have been allowed under the old rules.

I believe Roger came up with this to force the DTC/SEC to react, and boy did they react. I find this action by Roger to be brilliant, because he definitely has their attention now. And by adding all the valuation that USCA received with their percentage in CMKX, is also going to open up some eyes on what the potential value that CMKX will be when we file all our documentation on valuation.

Some were asking me, why chance what happened to USCA yesterday, and not just file the CMKX documents. This was another sharp move by Roger. By using USCA, in a short period of time, they will get the all clear by the SEC, and we will have affirmation for the valuation claims for BOTH USCA AND CMKX.

We must never forget who we are dealing with here. This is much bigger than the MM's. We are playing in a high stakes match with the powers to be in the grand scheme of world finances. The Federal Reserve Corp. and their puppet the DTC. I truly believe we will get a win out of this, but maybe not in our terms, but in theirs. But that is ok, because rarely does anyone get a win playing with these entities, period.

To all that are going to the party, please keep us informed of any developments that are overheard. Have a great and safe trip. Tell Urban, Rendall, and Roger that the Wize Group is 1.8 Billion strong and long, 100% behind them, and will fight to the bitter end, because this is much more than an investment at this point. It is a battle between what is good and evil.
