Just did a little digging and found this. I think you are all freaking out for nothing. This is one of the stipulations in the bill:

The DeFazio bill would levy a 0.25 percent tax on stock transactions, with refunds given for transactions of less than $100,000.

If you're aking transactions over a hundred grand well Im thinkin getting a .25 percent tax isnt gonna cause you to starve.
