GM Penny. Just to clarify, I don't believe IOVE has submitted any paperwork regarding the divies. We are waiting for the name change to official occur (compliments of lazy FINRA), at which point IOVE will submit the paperwork - at least that is my understanding.

I expect us to receive PR a day before the name change, with information regarding the status of the divy paperwork. I am hoping it is all in order and that the PR explains that dividend approval will be submitted the following day.
