Wind Power Subsidies

China is apt to argue that its wind farms are economically defensible only with the subsidies, not without them.

Let's review:
The developed world is clamoring for China to cut CO2 emissions. One way to move towards this goal is aggressive development of wind farms. And once China resolves to build them she gets punished by withdrawal of the subsidies, an incentive not to cut CO2 which we are told will lead to the end of the world.
