Anyone here doing any DD on this anymore? I mean seriously, there's a lot to look at here. Offer something that readers can glean from but lets stay focused.
No Bull, yes I look at Level 2, that is where the story has been unfolding since a week ago Friday. There are 2 MM's that are lined up at .01 and have been since the first day of the RS. Take a look at both MM's, one is likely representing EVFN. Can't prove it but timing does say something here. We had support at .04 then Friday you could see the line of MM's walking down the Bid and Ask, and at the same time the sells picked up. Monday we may see .01, look at the support at .01 and watch the MM's that have been there since the 27th. There bids were in at the beginning and whatever buying they do may swallow up all the .01's. Make sense? IF this is EVFN it could be a significant buy. I am guessing here but it adds up.
As well there will be a good amount of retail support as investors average down their .06 shares from the RS, getting position for Divi shares.
The question is why buy back after a R/S? Gives the company options. Buy cheap shares for higher percentage of SWRS divi. Buy at a discount to dilute with later. Gives more support to PPS so when news comes it will really pop. And the biggest reason it decreases the amount of shares they divi out on the 1-1.
After the divi's are payed out, they will dilute as needed to fund the next part of their plan at a higher PPS.

I am trying to take a positive stance on a negative situation.
I have done my DD. I remain somewhat unbiased either way. Some of you will never believe this company will do anything good. You may be right. But something is happening and there could be money made especially if you buy at .01 or so.
Lets see what unfolds tomorrow.
All IMO of course
