Think of it this way, the company could have bought back 10 billion shares anytime at 0.0001, but they didn't do so!!
Remember the PR said up to 10 billion shares.

This was obviously a ploy to make shareholders feel good and sucker in newbies. They could have easy bought it back at anytime for 0.0001, but only bought back about %5.8 of that total.
