If company were buying back shares, wouldn't the price go up?
Instead it dropped to $0.025 on huge volume....

Another thing is the company is losing money and has no revenue.
If EVFN had a choice between buying back shares or paying himself his big fat salary, which option is more likely?

DM doesn't care about shareholders, he proved that by deception about the R/S... and cunning timing of it too.
DM cares about getting rich, by paying himself a massive amount of cash paid by shareholders.

DM gets rich, sitting pretty in his office.... while the little guy loses alot of his money because of cunning share dilution followed by a R/S.
