I highly doubt that Roswell is selling its shares in CYRX to pay for those lawsuits. The mostly likely explaination is that they don't want to be stuck in a position where they can't do anything for the next 6 months, assuming that they are part of the group that can't sell during the period after the s-1 is approved. They aren't really losing much if anything on these transactions. The interest that accrues is at a lower level an the current coversion price is at .45 now. The also have all those warrants and I can't recall whether or not they were repriced. Basically if they can get out whole on their principal amount they are probably happy considering that the company hasn't produced very much in the last two years.
