Here's my point....The debtors continue to convert debt to shares and sell them in front of the anticipated S-1A. I have been wondering why they would do this. As they will be locked up and unable to sell shares for six months upon the approved S-1A, do these guys need cash or what? The need for cash seems to be the logical reason why they would continue to sell based on other investments that have gone sour and resulted in lawsuits. Any other thoughts out there besides soccer related comments?
