Shell: Ok, perhaps...however, we went off track here. I was merely outlining my reasons for what those "problems" could or couldn't be. To date, the SEC hasn't come forth with anything regarding CMKX, so all we can do is speculate. I have my reasons for believing Roger Glenn wouldn't care to take on a client such as Urban, simply because they approached him...surely the man could occupy his valuable time with something a little more important than a non-reporting pinksheet.

I know I'll get flamed for this, but even that little "order" today by the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission doesn't implicate much. It sounds more like a weak attempt at a scare tactic than a serious charge. I mean, what kind of order bars "insiders" from trading stock to local residents, but not to the entire investing public? Seems odd that the Canadian Securities Commission (BCSC) [at the very least] didn't get involved. But hey, that's just my opinion...we'll know soon enough what lurks beneath the surface.
