orion, it seems to be in a similar position to the stocks I mentioned. Way overbought on all timeframes and in need of a correction. I don't see a whole lot compelling to suggest a downturn is imminent, but the weekly is interesting. (only real bad thing I found other than the oscillators)

I don't know the company, but I assume it tracks oil, so I assume that would help the analysis. I think oil is due a pullback too.
