He said everything is still on track. From other emails I saw from other posters it was the same thing. I believe he has done all he can and it really is in the lawyers and SEC hands.

A poster mentioned that the share transfer would happen by Dec 1st.

theRainmaker posted that they had meetings in New York. That could be finalizing any SEC concerns. If so a PR could be out very soon especially with Mr Lee coming to town on Thursday.

Very low volume and a tight range suggest huge anticipation.

Our trip to Korea was very successful and this merger is on the track I set it on to be completed when we get everything in order. For the people that believe in the company and its path, they will be rewarded. For those that don’t, then I can’t control their actions. When I can legally put out pr’s they will come in the timely manner the shareholders have seen from the company in the past. Mr. Lee is not coming to L.A. for a vacation!
