You should read a little more closely...this is directly from the 10Q filed July 1, 2009
Note 5...
Officers Compensation - Period Ending May 31, 2009 $756,517
That is actually up from August, 2008 when it was $655,265.
I'd also check out Note 11 from the same 10 Q. You might find that of interest too.
Also worth noting, since you claim to have read the financials, the 10-Q filed for the period ending May 31, 2008 showed O/S count of 118,818,885.
The 10-Q filed for the period ending May 31, 2009 showed 125,018,885.
I'm not saying it was a ton, but it was an increase of 6.2 million shares.
I got into this on the suggestion of a couple of guys here on iHub and actually traded it fairly well. After the last deadline passed and nothing came I was going to wait for some .01s to get back in, but never got the chance. I've had it on the radar since, but after delving further into these very same financials and given the history of their misleading "closing dates", I've passed.
I wish all you guys a lot of luck here and hope they come through for you, but I wouldn't be holding my breath. There are some guys here who have good intentions and realize there may not be much to look forward to, even though they catch hell for saying so. Others have just gotten so married to this one they can't see the forest through the trees. Hopefully you all get out of it at least what you've put in, but I'd counsel, don't get greedy. You may get left holding the bag- I mean, this charade has been going on since 2007 no matter who's at fault.
