Your "Worst" case scenario is overstated.

WMI will come out of BK and therefore March is our next pivot point for strategic buying and selling. We are in no way, in the ethers if the SJ is denied on 12/18.

Or, we are in the ethers now at .11 with the chart and the patterns poised for growth.

Oh, yeah, and this whole thing could tank in a second... acts of God, death in the "family", another shock to the "system", etc. etc.
