i agree. something is holding walrath back. she hasn't mentioned a peep about the 4 bil since her ASAP statement on Oct 22. in addition, the last two omnibuses have been completely non-eventful. to the layman, it would seem like the BK case has slowed to a grinding halt.. but the more likely reality is that something is going on behind the scenes.. especially with the interesting lawyer billings that have come out in the past few days.
in the end though, there's nothing any of us can do other than wait, and wait, and wait.. i mean many of us have been waiting over a year now.. does time really matter that much anymore? *sigh*
