It doesnt matter if the stock is uplisting, investors are losing their shirt on this one....
If you held 20,000,000 shares a few days ago it was worth $2000 at 0.0001 pps.
Now its worth about $700.
People arent sorry for selling, they should be sorry for holding since they just lost 2/3 of their money in a matter of days.
People were pumping EBOF hard when it was $2.00 +, I almost bought in then and am glad I didn't.
EVFL went from 0.005 to 0.0001
With EVFN, I doubt it will go from 0.02 to 0.0001, but, I fear if the company is desperate for money in the future... they might be desperate enough to dilute again.
I am glad that the company is current with its reporting, but the crazy manipulation of the shares scares me.
