Main street media is unaware of the dual tract bk reorganization by Tronox and behind the scene maneuvers that has been progressing on exit financing. With the Court approval for due diligence cost associated with exit financing effort, Goldman or GE Capital has monetary incentive to line up banks or other financial institutions to provide exit financing for Tronox. Positive cash flow from current operation coupled with company projection showing solid positive EBITDAR going forward should enable Tronox to obtain funds necessary to move plan of reorganization and its exit strategy.

IMO, it's plain and clear at this point any exit strategy must also include its shareholders. The fact that EC terminating the Motion to Terminate the Debtors' Period of Exclusivity to File a Plan of Reorganization, leads me to believe EC is reassured and satified with Tronox's effort to engage Goldman Sachs and GE Capital to ascertain exit financing. How will the financing if obtained structured?

I am still very much in favor of EC's proposal of creating environmental trust to deal with lawsuit against KM-APC and liabilities stemming from the illegal fraudulent transfers. This will result in clean break from all environmental liabilites and subsequently create a highly valuable chemical company. It would be extremely bullish if the US Government approves the creation of a such environmental trust. At this point, it's only a point of discussion.

Only few days left before the auction. Perhaps, we should hear of some financing news next week.
