It really looks like we're waiting for a day when the volume is solid. Today was about 30k shares of the A and the B shares. Bond is at 72.62. But it doesn't seem like the main stream media has keyed in to what is going on here. I thought they would with the news of judge approval to pay Huntsman the forfeit fee, because that reads that the court is fully prepared to let Tronox and the EQ refinance, restructure and emerge from the BK rather then force an asset sale.
I believe the only thing holding us back from the $1.00 mark (or 2.00 for that matter) is public awareness of what is happening. I think that between now and Dec 8th, we will hear that Goldman Sachs (or another lender) has assumed the debt for term, and TRX is coming out of BK. When that hits the wire, look out.
