There have been talks all along but JPM has been stubborn. I don't believe a deal was done at the time the FDIC intervened in that particular court proceeding but as most already knew, the FDIC was blowing smoke. I don't believe a deal was done until sometime between that hearing and now. Now we have a type G reorganization. Hold your shares and watch. Patience is a virtue and when you panic you lose.
