If there was some kind of deal done you would see it in the pps there would be a leak somehow so i don't believe for one minute there is plus the fdic wouldn't be trying to get awhole of the 4 billion if they were in settlement talks.jpm and the fdic are fighting wamu tooth and nail on everything and it looks like they will keep dragging this out with delays.
