It would be smarter to slowly/methodically buy-back the stock, keeping the PPS low, as opposed to buying back "all at once", spiking the PPS and increasing the cost of the buy-back. After the buy-back, Cetek could finally start putting out positive PRs and re-sell that stock as the PPS goes up, enabling them to finance development or acquisitions with the profits from selling higher. JMHO
