where are the additional shares coming from if the Articles of Incorporation has already displayed what the share amount is ? that being Shares Issued and Out: Approx 36,136,082.

the shareholders own the company and the shareholders have to vote to increase the share amount not management.

so how is AWSL management going to do this legally ?
