I'm not saying that it can't happen, but I don't think it will happen. And I don't think it will because I believe some very long term investors are holding a major portion of the O/S. Fayiz will not, and most likely can not, bite that hand that fed him. At these levels, Fayiz can get the O/S back down to reasonable levels with not that much of a problem by doing buy-backs. What it would take is a drop in the bucket compared to what is on the horizon for Cetek. I do believe Fayiz wants to restore his reputation and I do believe he cares about the people who have stood beside him all these years. Fayiz is an honorable man, you can tell that by the company he keeps. His BOD's are very well respected individuals within their fields and in their communities.
