By being patient, the Judge is allowing the dots to connect themselves and as you both have pointed out, the dots will show that Washington Mutual et al was mugged and robbed by JPM and the FDIC.

IMO, now that a Federal Judge has control of the WMI/JPM situation and in light of the recent vote allowing the very first audit of the FED, the timing is now conducive for a positive outcome for WMI common shareholders.
