1. Do you think they have ALL struck a deal with Neustar already?
ANS: Neom has been engaged with the carriers for years...and the Neustar pilot was across all carriers. As I view matters, the carriers would merely have had to decide on one of several aspects, which I feel certain were determined long ago. But as far as I'm concerned they are in the loop, and that which is about to come next has been part of a specific agenda and 'timed' to begin now. JMO...

2. Do you think they are avoiding it and just doing it on their own?
ANS: Not at all. They would be foolish to work against the grain of a company that has allegedly packaged a sizable revenue share deal with each of them.

3. What if they choose to license with NEOM but then not use Neustar; is this is a possibility or will it be a requirement to route through Neustar?
ANS: Phishy, I won't even comment on this as I am certain you are fully aware of the answer..and for any iHubbers who are unable to answer this question by now, you are likely a far cry from comprehending any response I could offer.
