By Carriers, I mean AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc...
These guys control the medium, period, something has to give here.
This might a bit heavy, but here it goes...if all the messaging is starting with the phone carrier, and this all couldn't happen without them...
1. Do you think they have ALL struck a deal with Neustar already?
2. Do you think they are avoiding it and just doing it on their own?
3. What if they choose to license with NEOM but then not use Neustar; is this is a possibility or will it be a requirement to route through Neustar?
Me thinks the breaking point has arrived...
