You just plain can't believe size on OTC's. MM can post 5000 and really have 5 million. They get a level that we don't get.

Level III = Everything included in Level II quotes plus the ability to enter quotes, execute orders, and transmit other information. Only NASD member firms which are market makers have this ability.


Kinda like an ECN except we can have ECN's for Naz.
