In general I believe that all of the interested paties that were part of the seizure ha d no clue as to the legal ramifications of their deeds and really could care less. They were on a mission to steal at any cost and damned the torpedoes. This was planned for a long time before the 25th of September 2008,imho. And on top of everything else they are also incompetent buffoons!
