I have another patient just diagnosed with OSA this week, who will shortly undergo CPAP titration.
I suspect, he would jump at the chance to participate in the OSA study (even fly at his own expense to London), for a chance to avoid CPAP. I don't think he has any of the exclusionary characteristics for the SA study. Unfortunately he developed mild cognitive impairment this year.
If Cor survives to do a longer term ampa SA study, it would be interesting to assess cognition in this patient before and after amp SA enrollment.
Alas, in the shadow if the FDA, everything changes.
