Do you know why Roger didn't put up a fight to save any of our real estate holdings? Despite the real estate downtrend, he could have done SOMETHING like PAY THE TAXES and mortgages or show up in court once in a while. Did he simply use up our hard-earned money to live it up rather than to build up the company and pay its obligations?
