TOAD, what is going to catapult this stock is when the balance sheet is revealed in the Super 8K upon merger closing, not to mention $1MM cash for operating/investing/buyback initiatives.

This is a very unique RM about to occur on the OTCBB

I personally believe this will be a history maker on the OTC reverse list as far as the resultant company being so healthy financially upon closing
