Some of the big traders on iHub use ZECCO. I do not think any other retail brokers are restricting IHGP. Sounds like Scottrade's MM's are short. So anyone with a Scottrade account, put your sell orders in at $0.001 or above to force their MM to go to the market to cover your shares.
