QUESTION: If the SEC has moved on to different issues within the investigation, issues not sighted in the original suspension order, could the SEC conceivably suspend the stock again?


Absolutely. I am, however, under the impression that this is not going to happen or it would have already. The SEC has a duty to protect the investing public and if scam was the finding, then more action would have been taken by now - again this is my own opinion and take it for what its worth
