At this stage of the investigation I can also assume that they have had those documents in front of them and are on to different issues within the investigation. It has been 7 weeks since the formal began and for all we do know, the investigation could be over.
Couldn't agree more digger. I asked the SEC that question point blank on Friday and the guy I talked to told me flat out that IF they were still being investigated, he could not tell me. After what was probably a 30 minute phone conversation with me listening more than talking, I really walked away with no more information than when I called.
QUESTION: If the SEC has moved on to different issues within the investigation, issues not sighted in the original suspension order, could the SEC conceivably suspend the stock again?
