Intel was taken to the cleaners.

LOL. A few month's profits to clear out a multi-year jury
based trial based on a mountain of documents and email.
Not as satisfying as dragging AMD through a lengthy trial
and finally p***ing on its bankrupt corpse but definitely
lower risk and lower profile vis a vis certain government
based thieves and shake-down gangs around the world.

Intel has its growing design and process leads and can
now proceed to run AMD into the ground with both hands
clearly seen above the table, all legit and everything. If
AMD can't keep up with tick tock then that's their problem.
The best thing is yesterday AMD signed up to the rules
of the game it will fatally lose and can't complain without
being fully seen for the crybabies they are.
