Ummmmmmmm, you know my cousin's mom/my aunt lives in Texas and so far she doesn't look like a lizard:), because she uses Re-JUV:)!
I think in any environment, sun block is the way to go, but just encase any cow girls(from Texas) are on the board, this is not directed toward all the beautiful women in Texas! In the end, it is name recognition and in a weather like Texas this product is indeed needed more, than Oregon for say.
I use Re-Juv by Caci and I live in a rainy climate, barely any sun sometimes, we all want to look our best no matter where we are.
