Hmmm.. Interesting.. So, Bonderman owns a bunch of shares himself and owns more through TPG? The picture is looking clearer now. I am sure the law will prevail and WMI will have enough cash left after all this is done to make the shares worth close to what they should be worth according to the original BK filing..
