I don't know how you could place any kind of price tag on Gen-X since they are a company without a business. Their biofuel plant burned down and since they are a private company, I would guess their only income is from working with Global. I believe with all the competition in biodiesel, and the few biodiesel companies declaring bankruptcy, I think Global can acquire Gen-X for maybe a few hundred thousand shares of preferred stock and the chance to be a part of the company that has a bright future. I think most of us are of the opinion that Parsons has done a fantastic job and is intelligent enough to acquire Gen-X in a way that will benefit shareholders.
I'm really disappointed that we had no volume or stock appreciation with what I thought was a high quality PR. I think because we are still a pinksheet company, most people who buy pinksheet stocks try to buy for a penny and sell at two cents. I think Global stock is too expensive for people who buy penny stocks and will not be looked at by serious investors until we have audited financials.
