"and has opened negotiations for the acquisition of its operations partner, Gen-X Energy Group Inc."
I share to some extent your enthusiasm about the acquisition.
The part that really bothers me is how XPGH will go about it. Unless there is some financing deal with a major bank, we all know that our stock will be used to finance the acquisition.
Does anybody have a clue as to the market value of Gen-X?
Let's make an assumption and use the figure of $10,000,000. It would take 40,000,000 shares of our stock at the current price to pay for that deal. Of course if we double our issued shares, you know what will happen to the price: $.25 could become $.125.
Does anybody else have a thought or an even better way to finance this?
