no The construction of the Building was complete in October which was true / everyone blew that out of proportion. the Equipment was not in place first before the building was completed / from Matt's past report to PR he said the building is completed as plan in October. The outsourcing will be completed in November / the first of the Equipment will be delivered in Dec / the last of the tanks will be delivered in Jan when they will be up and running. Everything inbetween the October time frame and Jan is right on Que no one has changed anything when it came to time frame
