HCV Terminology (SVR) - I guess it is just the definitional purist in me. Pragmatically I agree that historically the assay sensitivity would not hugely change the ability to predict clinical outcome for an 'SVR'. The viral load becomes wildly bimodal at 24 weeks after end of treatment so until assay sensitivity traverses one of the humps or the viral kinetics change dramatically I agree you are correct. (Note that viral kinetics after ifn monotherapy are substantially different than viral kinetics after inf/rib treatment so there is precedent that they will become substantially different in a no-ifn, no-rib treatment.)
