Here's my wishlist for the first PR from the 5 amigos.

RH is out forever and we are negotiating the transfer or sale of all company related files that were taken from the office. (Even though the data is ours we have to be realistic. RH is in serious trouble and probably needs some $$ we could try to exercise our rights in court to get the stuff back but that would take a long time and RH could just disappear for a while and leave us out in the cold. IMO better to pay him something and get all data immediately)

Secured financing... enough to last 6 months...

A statement from Bruno saying he's looking forward to working with new management.

A statement from Robert Truck saying they are happy to work with new management to finish the CRAM and listing an achievable date for when they want a finished product.

A statement issued within a month from the first PR with a real 90 plan (no like the Nader 90 plan)

A phone conference before the shareholder meeting. During the phone conference I would like to know in how bad of shape did RH leave the company. We need to know what's going on so we can make proper investment decisions.
