Arpvrp, I have to disagree with you on a number of points. McCready has said that he intends to bring in new funding, other than YA, and that YA will continue to be a "part of Neomedi's future, but..." or something to that effect.

It will not be 100% or nothing. IMO, new funding will come, YA's convertible preferred and the debentures will get redeemed/paid off, and YA will continue to hold a considerable amount of common. And the ongoing dilution will end there.
