clawmann - As you know well Neom can't round up and put to use any outside funding without the authorization of YA Global. So, the question is: Do you see YA Global signing off on being replaced by some other entity? Followed by, Why would YA Global be willing to be replaced on a straight equity swap instead of a complete sell of the company?

IMO - It will either be a 100% sell or nothing. I can't imagine YA Global giving up their position for principle/premium/interest alone. If they were to do so, I'd be scared right out of Neom. Being, if they were to cash out without (potential upside) knowing what they know of the inner workings.
